		<description><![CDATA[Both parties have so much they can agree on if only there was the political will to move towards the center. The &quot;guarantee issue&quot; topic comes up from both sides of the aisle and most state reform efforts seem to include such provisions. However, as the LA Times article points out, guarantee issue without coverage for all does not work.

Everyone keeps talking about helping small business in the current economic environment but the fastest way to help small business would be to give them an alternative to the current high insurance premiums they are paying. Can we afford to not reform health care?
